The brief was to design and project manage this complete home renovation project within a 6 month period whilst adhering to a strict budget. The project, an original 1927 Californian Bungalow included a 55m2 extension and a complete new interior layout to maximise the sun whilst creating indoor/outdoor flow. The extension was built onto the front of the home and the character look was recreated using modern finishes such as aluminium windows and doors, fully up to spec of a new build today with all interior mod cons. The result has been nothing but exceptional.
